In 2015, the Registrar at National Day Calendar proclaimed National Gratitude Month to be observed annually in November. The idea was submitted by author, spiritual mentor, and coach, Stacey Grewal, who wrote our featured opening quote. Since then, people around the world have used this month to amplify their practice of gratitude by doing daily practices and rituals that help them call to mind the good things and people in their lives and to express gratitude for those.
