Alan Mikolaj is a professional, experienced, positive, and passionate speaker, leadership and organizational development consultant, change agent, author, and coach. Alan has broad experience leading teams in the design and delivery of engaging and interactive leadership development programs and curricula—both in-person and virtually.
Alan holds his Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University. He has taught at San Antonio College, North Harris County Community College District, the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Lone Star College, Sam Houston State University, and the Bradford School of Business.
Alan Mikolaj is a professional, experienced, positive, and passionate speaker, leadership and organizational development consultant, change agent, author, and coach.
